This was great for PVP,especially when in groups.

We've watched the Death Coil's grow up in the PTR3.0 and upset the mind of rune>runic power.

runic power was weaker than rune was because of its great consume and slow in gaining.The time for preparing was too long though the great damage of 3FrostStrikes+3Death Coil.

When testing the 21/50/0,I found the [Scent of Blood] was overflowed then running,The two hand s cannot develop the true power of 3points on [Scent of Blood].

The BUFF still has a possibility of covered three times with one point on that talent.

So where the limit of Scent of Blood is was what I need to tested.

I camnnot see the buff of Scent of Blood because it's used immediately when it came out.

The dual wield was the way to keep it no overflowed in the latter version.

With the runic power running fast.

I gave up the Blood Strike,and take the blood Boil instead
