The Shroud of Death are good for PVP for its higher existing time in ARENA because of the cancelling of the CDtime.

It's a efficient method to get the runic power.Separate from the damage circle,means you can always get some runic power even you're both silented and diswarmed.

The given up of howling blast are because its low damage and large consumption with a CDtime.and it's easily to break up the controlling skill of mates.That'strally not fitful for PVP.

The Icy Reach are not so important and 1 point for me was just enough,even when VS the frost mage(The winning rate was arised for almost 40%)

The advantage was explosive and controlling.

The  Frost Strike may got a critical strike of 5000 for those not resilience rating,and I've got 10 Frost Strike at most in one explode stage.

What's more,the talent requires litttle debuffs,only Frost Fever was enough for its maximum power.I can make sure the desease will not disappear even it's a priest and I didn't got the talent of disperse.

1 icy touch can get 10+10+5=25 runic power under this talent.And it's absolutely fast.

With all the talent that increase the damage of icy touch,It can basically reach 80% of 3.09.

Under the Unholy Presence,icy touch can also got a critical strike of 3000.

And the Hungering Cold+Chilblains are great method of controlling.Chilblains can be counted as a kind of passive controlling.The target are always ina a stage of 50% lower down under the unstopped icy touch.

The Hungering Cold,1minute's CD with an additional Frost Fever +Chilblains ensures the 50%lowerdown even it was out of control.What's more,the added Frost Fever created a better surroundings of damage explosion and avoid of loss of damage caused by a lack of Frost Fever.
