the choose of it.I seldom set foot in pvp,so we just talks about pve
today,different people have different opinion,and I'm expecting for some
comment or criticism
NO.1 Holy
the talent we played most,and also our most familiar on,with a clear
direction of the choose of inscription
major glyph
recommend glyph:
1.glyph of holy light:Use :Your Holy Light grants 10% of its heal amount
to up to 5 friendly targets within 8 yards of the initial target.
No doubt,It's necessary for holy pals on raid.the holy light are one of
the most frequency skill for us,this glyph make our holy light splash effect
and make up pal's short comming of multi-healing.although the splash effect
cannot critical strike,it also be the most important glyph
2.Glyph of Seal of light:While Seal of Light is active, the effect of your
healing spells is increased by 5%.
or Glyph of Seal of Wisdom :While Seal of Wisdom is active, the cost of
your healing spells is reduced by 5%.
A direct promotion of heal!but you can only choose one of them,depends on
you mana.I think it's also an important one.(tips:a holy pal with 20000mana can
get 1000mana by one hitting when seal of wisdom's active!)
3.Glyph of Divinity :Your Lay on Hands grants twice as much mana as normal
and also grants you as much mana as it grants your target.
It is said that when you are equipped with this,you can not only crcover
all you health,also you 7800mana after a lay on hand!I was surprised and
decided to change my Glyph of Seal of light into this.....well,although you
give this to MT,can't you recover an other 3900mana?with the help of talent and
minor glyph,you can have a lay on hand with 11MIN's CD.It makes this Glyph of
Divinity worth well
Unrecommend glyph:
1.Glyph of Cleansing :Reduces the mana cost of your Cleanse and Purify
spells by 20%.
despite that the 20% are so little,at least I think a holy pal's OOM
cannot caused by using too much Cleanse and Purify spells.....
2.glyph of holy shock:decrease the CD of holyshock 1s。
Normally,an Instant cast's CD decrease from 6s to 5s,it's a great glyph,but
gets no obvious advantages at the face of the former recommend glyph.The holy
shock are not used so frequency....by contrast,this glyph may works well in PVP
3.glyph of Beacon of Light:increase the time of Beacon of Light for 30s
twice the time,but what for??Just be diligent and remember to use
it......Unlike the real increase of healing of the three former ones,
honesty,it should be a minor one
4.Glyph of Flash of Light :Your Flash of Light has an additional 5%
critical strike chance.
It used to be very powerful and I decided to change it into Glyph of
Divinity after ptr 3.1But of course,an additional 5% critical strike chance are
really something.But at the face of holy light, critical strike of flash light
seem so poor.

relative to the major glyph's real increae or expansion,at most of time,
minor glyph means more convenience and fun,so the choose of minor glyph are
with more diversification.But when compared with other classes,Pal's minor
glyph are more simple.
1.glyph of lay of hand :Reduces the cooldown of your Lay on Hands spell by
5 min.
The highlight in pal's minor glyph!Coordinate with talent,decrease our big
factor for almost a half of time,and that means a great increaseon manarecovery
if you used to cast it on yourselt to cover manas,It makes lay on hand can be
used almost every battle of defeting boss,what's more can we expecting for a
minor glyph?It can used almost every condition,every talent.
2.glyph of Blessing of Wisdom:Increases the duration of your Blessing of
Wisdom spell by 20 min when cast on yourself.
there's nothing to say about other minor glyphs,except glyph of lay of
hand,and I've mentiones that minor glyphs broughts players convenience,so this
glyph does!
3.glyph of wisdom:decrease the mana spend of Seal of Wisdom
At the time you're OOM and want to switching the Seal of Wisdom for mana
recovery,it works.so you see,this glyph are more useful than other more useless
glyphs,isn't it?
4.Glyph of Blessing of Kings :Reduces the mana cost of your Blessing of
Kings and Greater Blessing of Kings spells by 50%.
er....did you really care about those few manas...?

recommend glyph:
1.glyph of judgement:Your Judgements deal 10% more damage.
A targible glyph in retribution increase DPS.Although the decrease of blood
judgement and the higher damage of seal of blood in 3.1 made this glyph's
increase fewer,It still can be the indispensable glyph.
glyph of exorcism:Increases damage done by Exorcism by 20%.
A new minor glyph for retribution pals,the ptr 3.1made it possible to cast
exorcism to all kinds of creatures,and the effect of interruption was changed
into the increase of damage.
3.Glyph of Consecration :Increases the duration and cooldown of
Consecration by 2s
Because the disordered circle of dmg,most of uor skill cannot used by
CD,but this makes it up reatly,At the same time,the glyph decrease the manacost
of consertation.But the consertation itself has disadvangages,firstly,it was
seldom used when facing a shortage of mana,and in mobile warfare,it's operates
treeible,but none of the boss in Ulduar are spiling.
UNrecommend glyph
1.Glyph of Seal of Blood :When your Seal of Blood, Seal of the Martyr,
Judgement of Blood, or Judgement of the Martyr deals damage to you, you gain
11% of the damage done as mana.
Obviously,this one's the compensate of loss of spirit coordination and, and
it's far more stronger when compared with the former Glyph of Seal of
Blood.however,the mana we recovered by spirit coordination are not all from
"self-mutilation",but more comes from AOE,so this glyph didn't recover so much
from the lost of spirit coordination.
2.Glyph of Seal of Vengeance :Your Seal of Vengeance or Seal of Corruption
also grants 10 expertise while active.
10 expertise,perfect,but does anybody really use Seal of Vengeance because
of 10 expertise?
3.Glyph of Seal of Righteousness :Increases the damage done by Seal of
Righteousness by 10%.

4.Glyph of Crusader Strike :Reduces the mana cost of your Crusader Strike
ability by 20%.
20%...Is it really work...?
5.glyph of Divine Storm:Your Divine Storm now heals for an additional 15%
of the damage it causes.
So we're a DPS,what we should cared about is our dmg but not our healing
6.Glyph of Avenging Wrath :Reduces the cooldown of your Hammer of Wrath
spell by 50% while Avenging Wrath is active.
It's powerful when it stimulated,but it's still not so valuabe for its
harsh excitation condition,both 20%health and Avenging Wrath.but i may take the
Glyph of Consecration 's place under some circumstances
7.Glyph of Seal of Command:Increases the chance of dealing Seal of Command
damage by 20%.
At most of pve time,lets use blood and forget the Seal of Command

1.glyph of lay of hand :Reduces the cooldown of your Lay on Hands spell by
5 min.
It's useful ,even for Retributions,isn't it?
2.Glyph of Sense Undead :Damage against Undead increased by 1% while your
Sense Undead ability is active.
What we need is damage,and what this gave you exatly is damage,although
it's not so much.the weak point is only effects on undeads
3.Glyph of Blessing of Might :Increases the duration of your Blessing of
Might spell by 20 min when cast on yourself.
Just the same as glyph of Blessing of Wisdom.

To tell the truth,the choose of glyph of protection really bothered me,I
cannot make suer any one of then except Glyph of Divine Plea,It all depends

recommend glyph:
1.Glyph of Divine Plea:While Divine Plea is active, you take 3% reduced
damage from all sources.
personally,this's the most helpful one in all the added glyph in 3.1,and 3%
reduced damage for a professional tank are not possible to abandoned
2.Glyph of Seal of Vengeance :Your Seal of Vengeance or Seal of Corruption
also grants 10 expertise while active.
expertise is also an important property for a protection pal,it means both
defend and threat
3.Glyph of Consecration :Increases the duration and cooldown of
Consecration by 2s
same as retribution,the protections are facing a confusion circle of
damage.so this glyph increase both the damage and threat of protecion pals,and
it has a great advantage when compared with some glyph of threat,that is the
crowd threat.especially tanking several mobs.。
4.Glyph of Salvation:When you cast Hand of Salvation on yourself, it also
reduces damage taken by 20%.
With this glyph,the salvation can be a 20%shield wall.And this helps us to
save our own lives,but at the same time ,I was wondering if it is serious that
the salvation decrease 20%of your threat when you got damage reduction!
Unrecommended glyph:
1.Glyph of Judgement :Your Judgements deal 10% more damage.
A glyph of increasing threat,but for sole target.so it's a little weaker
than Glyph of Consecration
2.Glyph of Exorcism :Increases damage done by Exorcism by 20%.
same as Glyph of Judgement ,for sole targeting threat.
3.Glyph of Avenger's Shield :Your Avenger's Shield hits 2 fewer targets,
but for 100% more damage.
An other sole threat glyphbut this is the most worthless,firstly,there may
not be any advantage when compared with former two glyph,moreover,it weaken the
threat of mulit-threat.
4.Glyph of Hammer of the Righteous :Your Hammer of the Righteous hits 1
additional target.。
It provides multi-threat,but muchweaker than Glyph of Consecration
5.Glyph of Shield of Righteousness :Reduces the mana cost of Shield of
Righteousness by 80%.
